I, the undersigned, hereby grant Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., ~ Gamma Delta Sigma Chapter, the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs or images taken of me during activities and events sponsored by Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., ~ Gamma Delta Sigma Chapter.

Permission Details:

• I understand that these photographs/images may be used for informational or promotional purposes (e.g. promotional materials, social media, website, newsletters, etc.].

• I acknowledge that these photographs/images may be edited, altered, or modified as deemed necessary by Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., ~ Gamma Delta Sigma Chapter.

• I agree that these photographs/images become the property of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., ~ Gamma Delta Sigma Chapter, and I waive any claims to compensation or ownership.

Release Details:

• I release Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., ~ Gamma Delta Sigma Chapter, its representatives, employees, and any third parties acting under its authority from any liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of the use of these photographs/images.

• I understand that Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., ~ Gamma Delta Sigma Chapter will make reasonable efforts to use these photographs/images in accordance with ethical standards.

Duration of Consent:

• This consent shall remain valid indefinitely, unless otherwise revoked by me in writing.

Revocation of Consent:

• I reserve the right to revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., ~ Gamma Delta Sigma Chapter.
